Chairman

Our company is headed by Mr. J.S. George as Chairman who also manages Bank Muscat, the largest bank in Oman with US$ 15 Billion assets as Dy. CEO. Sunder George is one of the few Indians who have been accorded Omani Citizenship in the year 2001 considering his dedicated services to Oman. A highly respected figure in the World of Finance & Banking, Sunder has over 35 years of International Banking experience.

Sunder George has an MBA from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London and an Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. Sunder George sits on the Board of Directors of Bank Muscat International, Bahrain; Renaissance Services SAOG, a public company in Oman and on the Governing Council of Oman Medical College, Oman apart from a host of other companies in Oman.

CEO & MD

Mrs. Prabha is the Founder, Investor, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of PetroStar Corporation LLC, a professionally managed Engineering Trading firm in the Oil & Gas Industry based in the Sultanate of Oman. Its core activities comprise supply of quality products and solutions to the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petro-chemical, Power, Water & Waste Water industries.

Prabha is a Gold Medalist in her Masters from Madras University and also an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Scotland. Prabha is a Management Graduate from Harvard Business School (OPM46) and a member of Harvard Alumni Club.

A Hardcore Business woman at heart, Prabha is the Strategist and Driving Force behind PetroStar Corporation. Fondly referred as “Iron Lady” by her Principals, She constantly strives to push the horizons of PetroStar to far reaching goals and great heights. Her contribution to the oil and gas industry for over many years has been to bring innovative products and solutions that reduced the cost of products and projects for supply of Gas pipes and other products.

Prabha is a sincere spiritual seeker, a committed aspirant whose life is aligned with her spiritual path and Mediation, anchored to the ‘Self’ within. Her Life is centered around Meditation on Awareness or Consciousness and she tries to play her various roles in Life through the Awareness within.

She has set up a trust, PS Foundation to empower the needy children with education and for other causes that she believes in!
